Wal-Mart is among the biggest retailers in UNITED STATES and offers hundreds of shops worldwide. Getting the lowest retail outlet Wal-Mart is often criticized by many groups. Community groups, Labour unions, religious organization and environmental organizations had protested against Wal-Mart for their organization practices and company guidelines. Wal-Mart is additionally criticized to get foreign product sourcing, environmental practices and security guidelines.

First of all employees will be paid low wages in the beginning than unionized corporations and due to this a large number of employees keep the corporation and still have to search for the fresh job. In respect to Countrywide Labour Connection Act, employers must not suppress any of his employees to become part of virtually any union as well as to form. Nevertheless Wal-Mart prohibits his workers to do so. Even they are prohibited to talk to any to any union representative. Although Wal-Mart called it вЂunion's pure fantasy'. It is said that US$500, 500 was invested in anti-union actions by Thomas M. Coughlin, Former Vic-President of Wal-Mart.
